Based in Chester, husband and wife team Cal and Hayley started Ginger Monkey coffee roastery in October 2021. They decided they would expand their fantastic coffee shop by reasting their own coffee, Cal takes charge of sourcing, sampling and roasting only the best beans while Hayley takes on marketing, packaging and design.
Together they pride themselves on exceptional quality. From the initial concept to the final product, their attention to detail is second to none.

This excellent honey-processed coffee is grown at 1100 MASL on a farm in Monte Santo de Minas, Brazil. A direct trade coffee ensuring sustainable farms and boasts rich milk chocolate notes with a vibrant papaya finish.
